Rule #1 when it comes to belly fat or fat on the body...

We don't get to choose where we lose fat! It's sad, but true, however, if you've been following me for a while you know, I am all about being a detective over a dieter. So if you want to lose belly fat you'll want to see what foods your body responds to best.

I know there are a million recipes online and so many taste like crap. So stop looking and start listening!

Let's be honest a lot of healthy food out there that's low in calories is boring and taste like cardboard. That's why I show ladies how to eat more of the foods they love in a healthier way.

So I took healthy recipes my clients like, I eat and my kiddos enjoy .

To start losing fat, women must reduce stress. And you know what really stresses us out? FOOD!

Thinking about what to make everyone for dinner and how many calories are going to be on our plates! AHHHHH!!!

So instead, take a look at the recipes below. Choose 1 or try them all. My families favorite is the Chicken Fajitas and Blueberry pancakes. They taste great as left overs and are sweet and savory. Which ever you choose don't judge it. Simply carve out some time to get the ingredients and get curious! even cook with the kiddos!

Getting curious with food is how we stay motivated, reduce stress and finally start reducing that hormonal belly. We don't all want broccoli and we don't all eat 6 times a day. Your plan depends on you, your life and your family.

Results are not instant, this takes time, so be patient with yourself and ask for support when you feel stuck.
